Water consumption is a major economical and environmental issue.

This water saver unit is so simple that everybody can install and use it.

All you have to do is replace your original flapper by the dual flush ''flapper''.

There are two major parts in this engineering product:
-adjustable flapper (for a partial flush)
-main floating part (for a full flush)

By pushing the handle halfway down, only the upper flapper moves. With its position higher than normal, you save all the water below. When you push the handle all the way down, the second part floats and you flush all the water without affecting the performance of the toilet.

On some toilets, the performance is increased because we now have a 360 degree of pipe flush in comparison with a original flapper which affects the water velocity.

By using this dual flush retrofit system, you contribute in the future.

Flush2o provides a selective dual flush system for toilets, allowing the user to calibrate how much water he/she wishes to use when flushing the toilet on each flush. The purpose of the system is to make existing sanitary facilities more ecological by allowing an economy of water of approximately 50 %, while keeping the toilet fully functional.Amongst the advantages of FLUSh20, it requires no change in the daily routine of the users.

!! EVERY DROP SAVED COUNTS !!

By using this dual flush retrofit system you contribute to the future. Flush2o provides a selective dual flush system for toilets, allowing the user to calibrate how much water he/she wishes to use when flushing the toilet.

The purpose of the system is to make existing sanitary facilities more ecological by allowing an economy of water of approximately 45 %, while keeping the toilet fully functional. A sticker arranged on the tank indicates to the user that the toilet is equipped with a water saving device with dual action that offers the choice of volume of water according to needs.

The method of operation is either a partial flush if the flush handle is pivoted to its first position or a full flush if the flush handle is pivoted to its second position. When in use, if the toilet flush handle is pivoted from its rest position to a first predetermined position, the lever will in turn be pivoted and will pull upwardly on lift chain to raise the tank-ball from its seated to its lifted position, spacedly over a flush pipe extension and out of its sealed engagement with the flush pipe extension. This will allow water in the toilet water tank to flow through the coextensive flush pipe extension and flush pipe into the toilet bowl.

However, it is understood that the entire water tank would not be emptied into the toilet bowl if only the tank-ball is raised by the lift chain, since the height of the flush pipe extension would prevent this from happening. The amount of water used during this cycle of the first level, may vary depending on the type of container and the adjustment made on the flush valve. Approximately 45% of the water volume of the reservoir will be  used. This amount of water is obtained by the permitted adjustments of the valve.

When the flush handle is being pivoted from its rest position to a second predetermined position which is placed angularly beyond its first predetermined position, the lever will in turn be pivoted further and will pull upwardly on lift chain to first raise the tank-ball from its seated to its lifted position and to further raise the flush pipe extension from its lower to its upper position.

Moreover, as the tank-ball is gradually lifted by the lift chain, the tank-ball will first reach its lifted position by further pulling on the tank-ball, it will raise the guiding part along overflow tube, effectively moving the flush pipe extension from its lower to its upper position. This will allow water in the toilet water tank to flow through the flush pipe into the toilet bowl. During this cycle, from 85 to 95% of the total volume of the reservoir is used. The 5 to 15% remaining is called the volume of operation.

The FLUSh20 allows an economy of 5 to 15% of water at each cycle of the second level, and 45 to 60% extra in the first level cycle.
